My life now is nothing like it was 14 years ago. Back then, I was living my worst nightmare trapped in a relationship that was becoming more toxic by the day. I literally felt like I was on the edge of a cliff of despair, hanging on for dear life.
To be a bit vulnerable with you, the reason I am so passionate about energy healing is because a while back, it was me who was struggling with low self-esteem, limiting beliefs and old programming from childhood that was incredibly disempowering. I was miserable, in a constant state of fight or flight, and I started drinking daily in a desperate attempt to numb out from the pain. I felt like I had hit rock bottom.
Then, one night, I had this dream and very clear wake-up call from my guides. I was alone on a boat that was travelling down a raging river. The boat was hurtling from one side to the other in the choppy waters.
In the dream, I was asleep on the boat until a voice from one of my guides shouted “There’s no one steering the boat!”
It was literally my wake-up call. I realized that I needed to take charge of my life and make changes that honoured me. I made a no-matter-what decision. I found the courage to leave the relationship and my home… and I have never looked back. I immersed myself in an energy healing technique that changed my life.
And so, I have a deep and personal understanding of the struggles that people face when they fail to take the reins in their lives and remain in situations that are no longer serving them.
Today, my life is amazing. I wake up every day feeling blissful, in charge of my life and empowered by all the wonderful results my clients are getting. I travel extensively, lead workshops and speaking engagements and own a thriving business that allows me to work with my clients regardless of where I am.
